Non-Refundable Booking Fee/ Cancellations

​A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All booking fees are non-refundable. Deposits CAN be transferred to a new appointment with 24+ hours' notice (this includes bookings made within 24 hours. You are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can no longer attend. Cancellations made under 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost. No-shows will forfeit the full cost of the appointment. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Infills

​Infills - 1-2 Weeks (Standard Infill). This service is highly recommended for maintaining your lash style, comfort, and overall lash health. To qualify for a standard infill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. Less than 50% of lashes remaining will be treated as an Extended Infill. Less than 40% of lashes remaining will be classified as a Full Set. (At the discretion of the lash technician.)

 

Infills - After 3 Weeks (Extended Infill). This service is a different treatment from a Standard Infill, as it requires more time, product, and lash replacement, and is therefore priced accordingly. Extended infills are ideal if it's been 3 weeks since your last appointment. To qualify, you must have more than 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Less than 40% of lashes remaining will be considered a Full Set. (At the discretion of the lash technician.)

If it has been 4 weeks since your last appointment it will be considered a Full Set.

Before the appointment

  • ​Arrive with no eye makeup (no strip lash glue, mascara, or eyeliner).

  • Do not curl lashes on the day.

  • Avoid oil-based makeup removers.

  • Lashes must be clean.

  • Remove contact lenses before treatment.

After the appointment

  • Contact us within 48 hrs if unhappy.

  • Reactions may occur, see a doctor and notify us for free removal (within 48 hrs).

  • No refunds after service.

  • Use lash shampoo daily with extension-safe cleanser (available for purchase in the studio).

After-Hour appointments

​​After-hours appointments are available for clients who require flexibility outside standard booking times. After-hours booking options are available directly via the Lasheddbyemm Fresha site. Requests for additional or unavailable times are considered at the lash technician's discretion, based on availability and the applicable surcharge. Please message prior to booking to confirm availability

  1. All services booked during after-hours (Monday - Friday), appointments will be billed at an extra $25. 

  2. All services booked during after-hours (Saturday) , appointments will be billed an extra $30.

  3. All services booked on Sunday, appointments will be billed an extra $35.​​

Foreign Infill

​If your existing lash set was applied at another salon, please message 0409 857 792 with a clear photo of your current lashes before booking.

  • Foreign Infill Surcharge:+$25.

  • Retention is not guaranteed, as a portion of the existing lash extensions were not applied by Lasheddbyemm and may differ in products or technique.

  • Assessment and acceptance of foreign infills are at the discretion of the lash technician.
